Scott James (Chuck Norris) is highly skilled martial artist who seeks to avenge his best friend’s murder several years ago. He finds that the killers may be a part of an underground terrorist cell known as “The Octagon”. As he gets closer to the organization, he begins to learn that their ultimate goal may be to unify terrorists around the world to create a sort of third world army. The terrorists discover James’s true identity and wage an all out war on him. Scott must now take down an entire army of ninjas and soldiers if he wants to even the score for his friend.
