Lilo (Deveigh Chase), Stitch (Chris Sanders), Jumba (David Ogden Stiers) and Pleakley (Kevin McDonald) are a family of aliens. They have caught all of Jumba's 626 experiments and found the one true place where each of them belongs. So they are honored as heroes by the Galactic Alliance and offered high ranking positions. At first they turn them down so they can stay on Earth with Lilo because Lilo is sad that they would have to leave. Lilo realizes that it is selfish of her to be sad for them, when they would be moving up in life. Jumba sets to doing experiments, but misses his friends until Gantu (Kevin Michael Richardson) and Doctor Jacques Von Hamsterviel (Jeff Bennett) arrive and want Jumba to create and clone a new experiment named Leroy (Chris Sanders). Leroy’s powers will allow them take over the galaxy.
