This movie features four stories. The first episode is titled "The Perfect World". It's about a dinner between Belle (Paige Ohara) and the Beast (Robby Benson) that goes wrong and neither wishes to apologize. The animated characters Webster (Jim Cummings) and LaPlume (Rob Paulson) and the papers Crane (Jeff Bennet) take matters into their own hands to try and get the two back together. In the second story, "Fifi's Folly" it's the fifth anniversary between Lumiere (Jerry Orbach) and Fifi (Kimmy Robertson). Lumiere is getting some help from Belle to make the occasion special but FiFi mistakes it for a romance between the two. Third is "Mrs. Potts' Party" the teapot (Anne Rogers) is feeling down. To help cheer her up, Belle and the rest of the house decide to throw a surprise party. But they must try to decide on a cake and flower and do all this without waking the sleeping Beast and give away the surprise to Mrs. Potts. Lastly, in "Broken Wing" Beast is cranky and demands Belle to join him for lunch. But Belles stands him up to tend to a bird. This makes the Beast even grumpier since he doesn't care for birds. And although Beast does accept the bird he puts him in a cage. And Belle must try to explain why the bird won't sing for him. Of course with all the segments they all have a moral to the story that your child can learn by watching.
