Dexter Riley (Kurt Russell) Dean Higgins (Joe Flynn) There was a accident in the school laboratory which mixes one student’s vitamin with Dexter Riley’s chemical experiment. The kids found this and tried to dispose the chemical to a cow in the neighbour’s place. The kids were surprised to see that the cow has changed a lot and starting giving more milk than before. They were more interest and tried on themselves, it made a great wonder on them, for few minutes they were like superman with lot of strength. The school came to know about this and wanted to save the school as Dean was making a deal with his relative thinking the mix is going to give financial freedom for all. He was not aware that everything is because of the incident happened in the laboratory and Dexter is responsible for these things. Then his competitor knows about the deal and decide to wipe of the new mix from the market.
