Batman (Val Kilmer) must stop the schizophrenic Two-Face (Tommy Lee Jones) and the delirious, demented Riddler (Jim Carrey) before their fiendish plot to sap Gotham’s brain waves takes hold of the city. But if his challenges as the Dark Knight weren’t hard enough, his life as Bruce Wayne is taking its own turns: a beautiful psychologist (Nicole Kidman) has arrived in his life, and seems to harbor as many feelings for Batman as for the man behind the mask.
