The Comedy "Black Sheep" places Mike Donnelly (Chris Farley) in Washington State, where his brother Al Donnelly (Tim Matheson) is running for election to become the governor. Al’s biggest concern is trying to keep brother Mike from ruining his chances for election, which is no small task. Mike Donnelly always seems to find a way to publicly embarrass his big brother. Political aide Steve Dodds (David Spade) is assigned to baby-sit Mike, which proves to be one of the toughest assignments this young slacker has ever signed on for. Mike and Steve end up in the mountains of Washington, where they find out the incumbent governor has not been playing by the rules. Then it’s a wild dash to the finish line to try to save his brother's hopes for the governor's mansion.
