“The Bounty Hunter” is the story of a train robbery that goes too well. It’s been a whole year and the Pinkerton Detective Agency still cannot find the thieves. The thieves have no names and are unknown to most people but Jim Kipp (Randolph Scott) is convinced he can find them. Jim, a self proclaimed bounty hunter tracks the thieves to a small off the map own of twin Forks. His presence causes an altercation between himself and Sheriff Brand (Howard Petrie) as well some altercations with Bill Rachin (Ernest Borgnine) a local cowboy. Things can only get worse when Julie Spencer (Dolores Dorn), a local woman shows a romantic interest in Jim the bounty hunter!
