“Innerspace” sees the results of experimentation in miniaturization process; something foreign investors would kill to get their hands on. Which is exactly what they do when Tuck Pendleton (Dennis Quaid) is shrunk down in an experiment to be placed inside the body of a rabbit. However the syringe he’s placed in is stolen and through some hilarious intervention, Tuck winds up injected into the body of store clerk, Jack Putter (Martin Short). Through a long trial of proving to Jack that he is not his imagination, Tuck convinces Jack to return him to the science lab but discover the microchips needed to make Tuck regular size again are missing. They only have a matter of hours until Tuck’s air supply runs out. So now Tuck still inside Jack convinces him with the help of Tuck’s girlfriend, Lydia (Meg Ryan) to bring the thieves out into the open. Which lead them all over the country and up against various villains such as The Cowboy (Robert Picardo).
