Dave (Eddie Murphy) is an alien that crash lands on Earth. But Dave isn't all he seems. He's actually a ship that has a bunch of aliens controlling him. The aliens are searching for a way to save their home planet. Unfortunately for the aliens, complications arrive when the Captain(Eddie Murphy) falls for a single mother Gina Morrison.(Elizabeth Banks) More problems arise when the police start tracking Dave.
