Cliff Secord (Bill Campbell) finds an experimental jetpack, which instantly turns a new pilot into a 1930's superhero. Cliff's love interest, Jenny Blake (Jennifer Connelly) is taken for ransom of the jetpack by the spy villain Neville Sinclair (Timothy Dalton), who has an interest in giving the jetpack to the Nazi's. The Nazi's have plans of world domination, using thousands of the jetpacks to create a flying force the world could not defend against. With the help of his mechanic Peevy (Alan Arkin), our hero Cliff foils the grand Nazi plan and saves the girl, in a classic big screen explosion. Proving once again the good guys always win.
