Rafe Guttman (Dennis Miller) is a detective who is recruited by helping Katherine Verdoux (Erika Eleniak) to find her brother Caleb (Corey Feldman) who went to a brothel with his friend and disappeared. Rafe gets to know that the brothel is run by a group of vampires who kill their unsuspecting clients or turn them into vampires. While solving the case he gets to know that Katherine’s brother has also turned into a vampire. They also have to fight a vampire called Lillith (Angie Everhart) who was resurrected by Reverend Jimmy Current (Chris Sarandon) and who runs the brothel with the help of other vampires she had created.
