Melvin Junko (Mark Torgl) is a loser who spends his days working as a janitor at a local workout facility. He is an extremely weak man and gives in to the ridiculous demand of the facility’s patronizing patrons. One day he even goes so far as to try cleaning up toxic waste that has leaked into the club. The hazardous material instantly mutates Melvin into a hideous freak with incredible strength and supernatural powers. He harnesses his powers to go from a weak loser to a crime stopping force throughout the city, and he is termed The Toxic Avenger (Mitch Cohen). He is now able to take down even the most dangerous villains and to win the heart of the beautiful Sara (Andree Maranda).
