Police officer Jack Deth (Tim Thomerson) is recalled to duty by the ruling council. They send him back in time to 1985 where he is to take over the body of an ancestor and start to hunt down Martin Whistler (Michael Stefani) who is a crazy but genius assassin. Whistler is in the process of planning an assassination against the ancestors of the ruling council. His weapon is an army of ‘trancers’. Trancers are humans who are weak and have been turned into zombies by Whistler. It is up to Jack to stop Whistler before he changes the future for the ruling council.
