Saludos Amigos is the collection of animated tales which were inspired by Walt Disney and his trustees’ trip to pre-World War II South America. The first story accounts for the loveable and stubborn Donald Duck’s quest to tame and train a llama he encounters in the wild. The second animated vignette features a small, young plane named Pedro who must muster all of his strength and courage to make it through the Andes. The third story features the popular Goofy in his quest to make it with Argentinean cowboys and bull fighters. The final story tells of Donald Duck’s visit to the beautiful Brazilian city, Rio de Janeiro.
