Luke Davenport (Brock Pierce), the son of the President of the United States (James Naughton) is a spoiled brat with no sense of duty or responsibility, and the First Lady (Lisa Eichhorn) is more than willing to indulge him to the degree that at least one Secret Service agent (Timothy Busfield) is demoted for failing to humor the kid. Next agent assigned to the boy is Sam Simms (Sinbad) who is in some ways incorrigible as an agent, thus given the nuisance duty of the First Kid. He is demoted to teaching the First Kid how to box, and then how to dance. Worse yet, the First Kid uses the Internet to meet a stranger who turns out to be his worst nightmare, and Sam must save the day.
