Return from Witch Mountain follows the adventures of a brother and sister who have special powers as they encounter and try to escape from dangerous Earth villains bent on using the children to achieve world domination. The brother Tony (Ike Eisenmann) and his sister Tia (Kim Richards) are actually extraterrestrials with abilities like telepathy and telekinesis. They decide to go on a holiday and see the city of Los Angeles, where they quickly become separated. Tony is kidnapped by evil Dr. Victor Gannon (Christopher Lee), who along with his financial backer Letha Wedge (Bette Davis) plans to harness the power of Tony’s abilities to control the world. Tia attempts to save her brother, and recruits a motley gang of lovable young ruffians to help her.
