A college bet by boastful young men leads to their mysterious disappearance. The boys are trying to see which one can score the most beautiful girl on campus before the end of the term. Unfortunately, one by one, they begin to meet their death. Sam (Tyler Johnston) is left with wondering what is going on. Luke (Corey Sevier) who played in the first film, shows up and works with Sam to find and destroy the alien women. As the women begin to meet violent deaths, Sam and his girlfriend Stephanie are forced to help Luke escape their clutches leaving the audience to wonder if a part 3 will be soon to come.
