The outlaw Johnny Madrid (Marco Leonardi) is facing the gallows in early 1900s Mexico. At the last moment he escapes taking the Hangman's ravishing daughter Esmeralda (Ara Celi) hostage. With the assistance of female desperado Catherine Reece (Jordana Spiro) they flee with the town posse hot on their trail. Johnny soon reunites with his gang and robs a stage coach carrying famed American writer Ambrose Bierce (Michael Parks) and a newly wed couple on their honeymoon. As night approaches, they all take shelter in an old brothel run by a vampire cult. Now they must set aside their enmity if they are to survive the night in the Vampire Bordello.
