Darian Holloway (Alexis Zibolis) is the leader of a spaceship called "The Pandora" and she and her crew are carrying an extraterrestrial fuel, called 'Thanatos' to Earth. They receive a S.O.S. from "The Diana", a spaceship that has been attacked by space pirates. The only survivors in the ship are four nurses. Holloway, on entering the ship, finds that the women who claimed to be nurses are in fact the pirates, and that now they are about to capture the Pandora too. Captain Holloway and her crew retaliate. During the fight, the container covering the "Thanatos" breaks and one of the pirates is covered with it, when she turns into a voracious, demonic creature. Now, anyone she attacks will meet with the same fate. As the Pandora is heading towards the Earth, Holloway and her crew must try hard to destroy the "Plaguers" before they reach the Earth.
