From the Saturday Night Live comedy sketch of the same name, this movie comes from the warped minds of many a Saturday Night Liver. Beldar (Dan Akroyd) and Prymaat (Jane Curtin) Clorhone are shot down in their ship, they came as an advance preparation for invasion of the planet. After they are shot down they decide that they must try and assimilate, they change their name to Conehead and they attempt to become just another family in the suburbs. Their attempts to assimilate include the difficulties of parenting their daughter Connie (Michelle Burke), along with their need to 'Consume mass quantities'. There is no question that they will be noticed, and the likes of many Saturday Night Live cast members appear in various forms, along with many others, in this ensemble comedy.
