"Far Out Man" sees the hilarious yet desperate search to know where you come from. Far Man Out (Tommy Chong) as he is known has a problem fitting in with the world. He has a problem making friends and a very low self esteem. After seeing Dr. Liddledick (Martin Mull) for a while, Far Out Man comes to the conclusion he needs to know who his parents are. He realizes that being orphaned has had an effect on him. Setting out on his quest he teams with friends, Tree (Rae Dawn Chong) and Kyle (Paris Chong) who aid him along the way. Far Out Man’s trek across America takes to many place and he encounters a variety of interesting people from Rae Dawn Chong (Rae Dawn Chong), Cheech Marion (Cheech Marion) and even Judd Nelson (Judd Nelson). Now all that remains is who are his parents?
