In an Arab nation, three men who were in the French Foreign Legion manage to survive an assault. A pilot from the USA named Tom Wayne (John Wayne) rescues the trio, Renard (Raymond Hatton), Clancy (Jack Mulhall), and Schmidt (Francis X. Bushman, Jr.). Then they call him D’Artagnan and call themselves The Three Musketeers. A mysterious man tries to make trouble for them, framing Wayne for killing his pal Armand (Creighton Chaney). Wayne must prove that he did not do it and also to find out who the man, El Shaitan, really is. Elaine (Ruth Hall), Armand’s sister, helps them.
